  • We do our best to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing processes.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Prices shown at checkout are final and include any shipping charges based on your chosen delivery method.
     

4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
     

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • All orders are dispatched via Evri with tracking provided.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have 14 days from receipt to return an item for a refund.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • We will supply a free returns label.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of We Were Hidden or our collaborators. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
