Where do you ship to?

Right now, we ship within the UK only. We’re hoping to expand soon—stay tuned.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Evri Standard Delivery, which typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships. We will state on our homepage if we expect orders will take any longer due to volume/pre-order window or anything similar.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and weight.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your item to return it for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Ping us a message with your order number if you need a different size or style and we can supply you further information.

How do I return something?

Just email us at info@wewerehidden.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

At the end of the day, we're only human. Sometimes hiccups can happen, but we’ll fix it. If something’s not right with your order, email us and we’ll sort it as quickly and as faff free as possible.

Are your clothes ethically made?

Yes. Every piece is made with purpose and care. We only work with ethical manufacturers and pay our collaborators fairly. Read more in our About section.

Do you work with artists?

Absolutely. Our designs are created in collaboration with independent artists and young creatives. If you’d like to work with us, drop us a message.

When is your next drop?
